"We were at the DMV for 2 hours waiting for the insurance information to be updated. I called other insurance companies and was told they can log in personally and have it sent in same day and not 5 days later as told by your office. I really feel like we were lied to by your office because I asked that question before hand and I asked about the effective date before hand. We paid on the 3rd but the effective date says the 6th. Asked if that can be changed in the office and got the repeated answer you are good....it is send automatically....it is effective today.....go now to the DMV you are good. I really hope that you can resolve this issue today. The issue has be resolved it took some days but wa done."
